AccuWeather is a global leader in precise weather forecasting, providing real-time updates and alerts through digital platforms.

As the Art Director, Christine managed a team of designers and collaborated cross-functionally over multiple departments at AccuWeather, taking the lead in content spanning digital, print media, and spatial design. She spearheaded the look of the Google Play and AppStore content, defining the visual direction for the app's 2020 redesign launch while streamlining the international production process. Additionally, her team conceptualized seasonal visual updates for marketing materials, resulting in the development of seasonal brand colors. She also established an internal visual style to be used when creating HR and recruiting materials evident in the Print section.

Being highly conscious of color usage, Christine was tasked with re-imagining the representation of weather events through colors. She worked closely with meteorologists to expand and create new palettes, ensuring crucial distinctions between values and hues, making them easily perceptible even to visually impaired individuals. Leveraging her spatial skills, Christine was entrusted to design the layout and create the final look and feel of the new NYC office, working with the facilities team to prepare for the return of team members to the workspace following the COVID-19 pandemic.

The last major project Christine worked on was a refresh for the AccuWeather TV Network. The primary objective of the project was to harmonize the divergent styles that emerged over the years due to multiple smaller, disunified projects being aired. The teams collaborated and established a simplified presentation for greater clarity and cohesiveness, utilizing a system of gradients to stand out from competitors.
